Bookings are confirmed on a “first-come first-served-basis”, therefore early reservations are recommended. Once we have received your reservation form we will e- mail you a confirmation of your booking. If you have reserved (booking) any of our services, but in the meantime for any reason, you changed your mind or should you face any kind of problems (impediment) to arrive in Rome, we kindly ask you to inform us as soon as possible, in order to be able to accept other reservations and allocate them to our drivers. No charges will be made over your cancellation.
