After a ride through the Roman countryside we reach Tivoli, built on the slopes of the Sabine Hills will find and explore the magnificent ruins of Villa Adriana and Villa D'Este. You will see the contrast between an ancient Roman villa built on the second century AD and a villa built during the Renaissance in 1556. The tour begins at east of Rome along the ancient Via Tiburtina, about 30 kilometers of Rome. Once you reach an area with sulphurous water springs and quarries of travertine marble quarries near the Colli Tiburtini, you'll be at Villa Adriana, where the ruins still show us that the Emperor Hadrian built after his travels around the whole world.
Villa Adriana, built by Emperor Hadrian in the second century AD, the largest and monumental countryside residence with its remains of palaces, baths, theaters, temples, within a framework of parks and water mirrors. After the visit of Villa Adriana, the tour will continue towards Villa D'Este, one of the loveliest villa of the Renaissance, summer residence of Lucrezia Borgia's son , a stunning Renaissance villa that is surrounded by a great Italian garden and wonderful fountains.
